Lightspeed Retail or Shopify POS
Daily sales and stock comparisons across locations, written up in plain English.

Running three, five or ten stores means the same questions, stock moves and roster gaps land on head office every week. AI can take the repeat work off your area managers and store leads, using the point of sale and stock data you already have.
Book a discovery callThe problem
Most retail groups we talk to are not short of data. Lightspeed, Shopify POS, Square or Vend reports tell you exactly what sold in Paddington versus Chermside last week. The problem is that someone has to pull those reports, compare them, decide what moves between stores and then chase it up. That someone is usually an owner or an area manager who should be on the floor.
On top of that sit rosters in Deputy or Tanda, supplier emails, Google reviews for every location, and a shared inbox full of click and collect questions. None of it is hard. All of it is constant.
Workflow
Overnight, each store's sales and stock on hand sync from Lightspeed or Shopify POS.
An agent flags lines selling fast in one store and sitting still in another, and suggests transfers.
The suggestion arrives as a short list with reasons. Your manager approves, edits or rejects each line.
Approved moves become transfer requests, and stores get a plain note on what is coming and why.
Next week's comparison shows whether the transfer sold through, so the suggestions get sharper.
Your stack
Daily sales and stock comparisons across locations, written up in plain English.
Roster drafts that match forecast foot traffic and flag gaps before Friday.
Draft replies to reviews for each store, in your voice, for a person to approve.
Supplier email triage and a weekly summary of open orders.
Local promotion drafts using what each store actually has on the shelf.
Illustrative example, not a client story
Picture a homewares retailer with six stores across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Every Monday the owner and two area managers spend the morning in spreadsheets working out which stores are short of what. In this example, an agent connected to their POS produces the transfer list before 8am, with a one line reason for each suggestion and a note on anything that looks like a data error.
The Monday meeting becomes a 20 minute review of exceptions rather than a three hour build. Store leads get a message telling them which cartons are arriving and which display to refresh. This is an illustration of the kind of workflow we design, not a description of a past client.
First steps
We combine POS exports from every store into a single weekly view, so owners, area managers and store leads argue about decisions instead of numbers.
Draft replies for each store's Google reviews give quick, visible progress, and store leads can see how customers talk about their shop.
Comparing Deputy or Tanda rosters with last year's foot traffic shows where hours are thin on Saturdays and heavy on Tuesdays.
People first
Store leads spend less time on the phone to head office and more time on customers and visual merchandising. Area managers move from compiling reports to coaching. Buyers get earlier signals about what is moving. We map those changes with your people lead before anything is switched on, and we train each role on its own tasks rather than running one generic session.
Guardrails
Retail data includes customer names, emails and purchase history, so we treat it under the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. Agents get read access to what they need and nothing more, and anything that touches a customer, such as a review reply or a promotion, is approved by a person before it goes out.

Questions
It will not count the shelf for you, but it can reconcile counts against the POS, highlight unusual variances by store and draft the adjustment notes for your manager to check.
No. The Diagnostic maps how each store actually works. We usually standardise the reporting first and leave local habits alone unless they cost you money.
The aim is to give them their week back for coaching staff and walking stores. We plan role changes openly with you and your people lead.
Rarely. Lightspeed, Shopify POS, Square and most mainstream systems export the data we need.
Yes. Peak trading is when the admin load hurts most, so we often time the first workflow to be running and trusted before the November rush.
