Call to brief
Record kickoff calls with consent and turn them into structured briefs your creative director can sharpen.
Attua / Industries / Creative agencies
Creative agencies and design studios sell ideas and hours. AI will not replace the ideas, but it can take a lot of the hours out of briefs, status updates, timesheets and resourcing, so your studio spends more time making the work.
Book a discovery callThe problem
Studios typically run on a mix of Asana, Monday.com or WorkflowMax for jobs, Harvest or Toggl for time, Slack for chat and Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma for the work itself. The craft happens in Figma. The admin happens everywhere else.
Account managers rewrite the same status updates for every client. Designers lose the first hour of a job hunting for the latest brief. Directors spend Friday trying to work out whether next week is over booked.
Before and after
| When | Today | With AI assist |
|---|---|---|
| 8.30am | Studio lead checks Slack, email and Asana separately to piece together priorities. | A morning digest lists due jobs, blockers and any client feedback that landed overnight. |
| 10am | Account manager types up call notes from memory. | The call transcript becomes a structured brief and a task list in Asana for review. |
| 12pm | Designer searches three folders for the right brand guidelines. | The job card links to the current guidelines and past approved work. |
| 2pm | Timesheets are guessed at the end of the week. | Time suggestions are drafted from calendar and task activity for each person to confirm. |
| 4pm | Client status emails written one by one. | Status drafts for each active client, ready to edit and send. |
| Friday | Resourcing done on a whiteboard. | A view of next week's load by person, with clashes flagged. |
Illustrative example, not a client story
Think of a 12 person brand studio in Fortitude Valley kicking off a rebrand. The kickoff call runs 90 minutes. In this example, the recording is turned into a draft creative brief with objectives, audiences, deliverables and open questions, then into a task plan in Asana with suggested owners.
The account director edits the brief, the creative director rewrites the proposition in their own words, and the team starts the next morning instead of the next week. This scenario is illustrative and not drawn from a client.
People first
Designers and writers stay in charge of ideas, taste and final output. Account managers lose most of the retyping. Studio managers get an honest view of capacity before saying yes to the next job. We talk openly with your team about where AI fits and where it does not, because studios that skip that conversation tend to see quiet resistance.

One summary of due jobs, blockers and feedback replaces checking four apps before the first coffee.
Time suggestions built from calendar and Asana activity mean fewer gaps and less Friday guessing.

Most clients care about quality and speed. We help you write a simple AI use statement so you can be upfront about where AI helps and where people lead.
Yes. It can assemble credentials, capability sections and past approach notes so your team focuses on the idea and the strategy.
We start with the admin they dislike, not their craft. Training is hands-on and voluntary at first.
Yes. We work with whichever job system you use now or are moving to.
